70 DAYS TO HELL

“A Monumental Book!”

“70 Days To Hell is unquestionably one of the most comprehensive accounts of the fall of Singapore yet published.”

[Britain At War Magazine]

70 DAYS TO HELL is a day by day account of the fall of Malaya and Singapore during World War Two. The book covers the events (between December 1941 and February 1942) which ultimately led to the surrender and captivity of the British forces in the Far East.

Incorporating accounts from the commanding officers on the ground, as well as official reports of the air operations, this book is unique in that it contains a concise list of all British, Malay, Australian, New Zealand and Canadian casualties, both Killed In Action and Missing No Known Grave, for each of the seventy days of battle.

Written by a survivor of the battle and the hellish Japanese prisoner of war camps , charting every significant movement of both forcers, and complete with maps and diagrams, 70 DAYS is a must-have edition to the bookshelf for anybody with an historical interest in WW2 and a useful tool to help trace the whereabouts of units and family members during the 70 days of fighting for Malaya and Singapore.
