TO HER MAJESTY'S GOVERNMENT

 

TO BE PRESENTED TO THE PRIME MINSIER AT 10 DOWNING STREET

 

ON A DATE TO BE FIXED

 

WHEREBY we the undersigned hereby petition the Prime Minister and Her Majesty’s Government to create a Minister for Ex-Service Affairs the remit of whom would be:

 

1 To represent within her majesty's Government and elsewhere the interests of Ex-Service Personnel and their dependants.

 

To create an appropriate structure for the appointment of an honorary constituency representative for each and every parliamentary constituency in the United Kingdom to represent the local constituency interests of Ex-Service personnel and their dependants such constituency representative to be responsible to the Minister appointed under paragraph 1 above.
